Shipping
Generally, we ship on Tuesday & Friday apart from weekends and holidays. KSRESIN orders are shipped directly from KSRESIN. Shipping days vary.
We offer First Class Shipping w/Insurance and Priority Shipping w/Insurance.
Always take time to properly fill in your address. If our postage software cannot find your address as you have provided it, this will hold up your order as we will then have to contact you for verification and wait for your reply. Not entering your address properly will result in shipping delays for your order since we need to contact you and wait for your reply. If your order comes back as not deliverable, no such address, etc…you will have to pay an additional Shipping Fee once the address is corrected.
Please double-check your shipping address. If you provide us with an incorrect physical address or USPS cannot deliver your package, we will not replace or refund your order. If your order gets returned in good condition, we can resend it to you at your expense.

RETURN POLICY
We believe the standards for our products will not only meet but will exceed your expectations. If you have an issue or a problem with any product or shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can address the matter with you and resolve it quickly. Use our Contact Us form and please list your ORDER#.
We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened due to sanitary standards. This protects all our customers from the possibility of contamination. Understand this before you purchase. There are no exceptions. If you have opened a product, please do not send it back as we cannot re-sell it. We know you would not want to receive an item someone else had opened! We want you to be happy with our products so if the color is not to your liking, we are happy to take it back. In this case, though, the product must be unopened in its original packaging, you are responsible to pay for the shipping.

Photo Colors vary from camera to camera and screen to screen and we do our best to take accurate color representation photos.
Any Samples Purchased are Non-Refundable, for example (5g Sample Bags, etc.)
Order Changes
We CANNOT apply a discount code to an order that is already placed. We do not store credit card information, we cannot change or add products to your order once it has been placed, so please make sure that you have the correct items and sizes of those items in your cart that you wish to purchase. If you forgot to add an item, you will have to place a new order. If we can, we will combine the orders, but we cannot refund the additional shipping charges incurred when placing multiple orders.
CANCELLATIONS
We are dedicated to providing you with the fastest service, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders, cannot be accepted once the order reaches processing. Orders that are canceled after it has been sent to processing will be charged a 15% RESTOCKING FEE before a refund is issued. Please double-check your order before checkout.
