Freeze is a White/Reflective powder. It is used in Response team uniforms, decals, safety items such as traffic signs road paint, as well as arts and crafts.
Reflective powder is created out of glass beads that illuminates light in a way that reflects the light outward.
Reflective powder can be added into epoxy, brushing onto fabric or other surfaces and screenprinting. The reflection brightness depends on the amount of powder used.
Freeze is best if used on a white background to achieve the full reflective
